Marks & Spencer has launched hot olives. Inspired by a visit to Istanbul, the deli team developed a new way to eat olives – hot – following a visit to a restaurant.
The results is Heat-to-Eat Olives, available in two flavours. There's an Italian Olive Selection, which is a combination of Gaeta olives from Sicily and Agostino olives from Puglia. The olives are mixed with chickpeas and drizzled with an orange, fen
nel and sweet Fino sherry dressing.

There's also a Greek Olive Selection, which contains Halkidiki, Amfissa and Kalamata olives which are combined with a fresh basil, chilli and garlic dressing. They cost £2.49.
