Seeing as most of what the clown MacAskill proposed was either against the law or totally un-workable, I don't think we need concern ourselves.

Why do we not just section him and put him in a mental institution? The way he is behaving and the things he is coming out with indicate that his state of mind is probably worse than Frank Bruno's was some time ago.

Send in the men in white coats. You know it makes sense.

Get Australia on board too and they can issue research papers on subjects such as variations in methods of chundering in the different countries.
