Julie McCalmont, 26, a student from Dalkeith Road, names her top five Italian cafes and restaurants.
Valvona and Crolla, Leith Walk: This is the next best thing to a trip to Italy! Walking past the displays of food and wine in the deli always makes me hungry.

Vittoria's, Leith Walk: This is a lovely family-run restaurant that's great for a big night out or birthday party. There's a huge selection of pizzas and pasta to choose from.

Bella Mbriana, Broughton Street: This has great traditional Italian food and really friendly staff. There's also a funky bar downstairs.

Centrotre, George Street: This is quite upmarket but good for a special treat. The inside is really stylish and looks like it should be in Milan.

Ciao Roma, South Bridge: This place is really buzzing and good for parties. The food is great value for money.
