Now what you eat seems to be everyone else's business. It's getting ridiculous. Vegetarians and Vegans never are satisfied to have chosen to eat a very selective way they have to beat the rest of us over the head day and night that we are moral weaklings or even worse horrible villains for eating meat. Then the skinny people have to treat plumper people like they are out of control slobs. When did food get so politically charged? I just want to get some nourishment so I can go about my business and live my life thank you very much! I like to know about what foods are the best for delivering good nutrition but the information over load is overwhelming these days.
