Holyrood rejects house

A PROJECT to build a house in Musselburgh has been denied at the highest level.
East Lothian Council initially rejected the application to build on the town's New Street, but the applicant appealed to the Scottish Government in the hope of having the decision overturned. The Holyrood reporter denied the plan.
