Plenty to see beside the sea

NORTH Berwick is launching its very own festival – Fringe by the Sea – today.
The four-day festival will bring a total of 14 acts to the seaside town.
Popular children's entertainer, Mr Boom, makes the first appearance of the festival today, at 3pm in the Old Pulteney Marquee at The Harbour Green.
This evening, the nine-piece Fat Sam's Swing Band, will perform at St Andrew Blackadder Church, St Andrew Street, from 8pm. The festival culminates in a performance by Opera East at Abbey Church, High Street, on Saturday.
