The matter was raised at the city's transport committee on Tuesday, where Councillor Lesley Hinds led protests.

Excellent idea, #1 - unfortunately, several sources in Das Kooncil tell me that the roads inspectors have been warned to keep well away from any Tramcar works. Any delays arising from forcing TIE's cowboy contractors to work safely and to proper standards could cost Snake-Oil Gallagher his Exceedingly Generous Bonus.

not before time some off these workers just make a total mess of streets when repaired i wish i was a clarke o works there would not be a pot-hole or large bumps from filled in tracks and these companies are getting away with murder i remember when i worked the roads the clerke o works watched your every move and if not right u had to redo it until perfect now they just dont care but if they did what they dont understand is they would save millions from having to return to work previously done there should be stricter rulres and enforced for the good of the council and everone involved and banned from obtaining work if they messed up and that includes anything from road to gas, elec, joinery, building, grass cutting windows doors etc etc
