1lb/450g minced beef
1lb/450g sausage meat
6oz/170g fresh breadcrumbs
4fl oz/115ml water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp pepper (more if you prefer it spicier)
tsp nutmeg
METHOD
Mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly.
Line a loaf tin with clingfilm.
Press the mixture into the tin and cover with clingfilm.
Place in the refrigerator or freezer until firm.
Remove from the refrigerator and cut into slices.
