<description><![CDATA[Let's not forget that it was Mr Rennie's inane campaign that brought about the abolition of the most flexible of all funding mechanisms: the bridge tolls. And let's also remember, that all the main parties fell in line and voted for it as the first bill in the newly elected 2007 Scottish Parliament. The opportunistic shortsightedness of all involved (including the gullible Fife commuting fraternity) now creates years of uncertainty. Not good for investment (or house prices). Poetic justice?!]]></description>
