Caroline Scott, 32, an office worker from Leith Links lists her top five places to get fruit and veg in Edinburgh and the Lothians.
The Farmer's Market on Castle Terrace. It's a bit pricey but this weekly market is a great place to browse.

East Coast Organics, Pencaitland, East Lothian. Although I love the quality of the produce that comes, I do get a bit fed up of all the root vegetables throughout the winter.

Tattie Shaw's, Elm Row. To find a green grocer is a rare treat now the supermarkets have got the market all sewn up.

Nadia's, Argyle Place. When I was a student, this is where I would pop into on my way back to Marchmont.

A&A Foodstore, Easter Road. There is always a range of treats to tempt you as you walk by. As well as fruit and veg, the shop also sells monkey nuts and Bombay mix.
