Fiona Maidment, 48, a charity fundraiser from Corstorphine, chooses her favourite spots to enjoy the water in and around Edinburgh.
The Water of Leith It doesn't matter which stretch, it's all beautiful, especially in autumn.

Cramond Island Braving the causeway to get to the Island always feels adventurous.

Portobello Good old fashioned buckets and spades-style fun.

Glencorse Reservoir A lovely spot to finish a walk through the Pentland Hills.

The top of Arthur's Seat It's not close to the sea but you get great coastal views.
