Leith councillor Gordon Munro selects his favourite viewpoints in the city.
1 Giant's Brae, Leith Links As a bairn I stood at the top & thought the whole world was in front of me. Adults just need to think a bit harder to see that view. Cost free.

2 Calton Hill, Leith The sea, the city, the hills. What more do you need? Cost free.

3 Banana Flats, Leith The top landing gives you the people's view of Leith. Barry. Cost free.

4 Rest & Be Thankful, Corstorphine Hill It allows you to see Edinburgh as Robert Louis Stevenson viewed it. Cost free.

5 Seat G124, west stand, Easter Road Stadium To be fair even the view from the away stand is great. Cost priceless.
