Laura Mitchell, 23, a psychology assistant from East Craigs, tells us her top five places to buy a coffee in the city.
Chai Tea House, Merchant Street. This is a really calming place. They always play nice relaxing music and have an interesting selection of green teas as well as Chinese black coffees.

Urban Angel, Hanover Street. It's mostly a restaurant, but it's also a nice place to pop in and have a cup of coffee, with friendly staff and an ethical feel about the place.

Sala Cafe Bar, Broughton Street. There's really nice coffee here and also nice tapas, so it's the perfect place for lunch in my opinion.

The Better Beveridge Company, Morrison Street. They serve nice and simple black coffee, which never disappoints.

Nile Valley Cafe, Chapel Street. Good coffee and also amazing toasted wraps. The atmosphere in Nile Valley can't be beaten, with interesting decor and really friendly staff.
