1 Kay's Bar, Jamaica Street Very friendly place and they do a mean mince and tatties too.

2 Diggers, Angle Park Terrace Great banter and efficient staff.

3 Thomson's Bar, Morrison Street Not just for the whisky, but the fantastic pies as well.

4 Canny Mans, Morningside Road Packed with treasures and an ample selection of whiskies.

5 The Albannach, Royal Mile Comfortable seats and 103 different tipples to choose from.
