Jenny Mollison, 58, a gardener from Musselburgh, chooses her top five shops in the town.
Riverside Stationers, 199-201 North High St A real old-fashioned stationers where you can get stuff that isn't available anywhere else.

Timpson, 55 High Street They mend shoes other places have failed to mend.

McColl's, 160 High Street The staff are really helpful and always happy to order in newspapers and magazines for you if they don't have them.

The Fine Wine Company, 145 North High Street Very knowledgeable and they sell nice cheeses as well.

Fords the Baker (opposite the Town Hall) I particularly like their granary bread.
