Miriam Attwood, 22, an Edinburgh Festival Fringe marketing officer from Dalry, picks her five favourite cheeses for buying at Edinburgh delis.
Stilton Always a favourite for crackers, the creamier and softer the better. The idea that the cheese is made with mould also adds a hint of danger!

Mozzarella No pizza should be allowed without it. It's also in my favourite sandwich – tomato basil and mozzarella.

Cheddar The ultimate toastie cheese, extra mature preferably.

Camembert The ultimate French holiday present for all your friends.

Tiffany/Steps Never miss the cheesiest pop spot!
