STEPHEN Dick has joined DLA Piper as real-estate partner in its Edinburgh office. He comes from Semple Fraser, where he was a director. The DLA team has recently advised on some of Scotland’s largest commercial property deals, including the second phase of the development of Haymarket and the redevelopment of the St Enoch Centre, Glasgow.
