A NEW justice framework dedicated to tackling crime among Scotland's young people has been set out by the Scottish Government.
The policy, which was drawn up in co-operation with other public agencies including the police, focuses on crime prevention by helping families thought to be at risk of producing offenders at an early stage.

Isn't this an English Nublab policy only without the national database, so far.

".. also calls upon public bodies to share information more frequently, in order to identify potential problems.. ......will not necessarily be required for every Scottish child...."
