Nordic Enterprise Trust set out a new method for long term investment in land maintained in community ownership.

The outcome is of an affordable mechanism for sustainable development of land which dramatically cuts financing costs and does so in a way which requires neither Westminster permission nor Holyrood legislation.

In relation to taxation, although our response does not refer to it we believe that the use of the "Community Land Partnership" model could - if widely implemented - also lead to simple but effective new taxation mechanisms.

£25 million, 400 houses, unit cost £62,500. Pure dead brilliant that is! Goany geez wan! Ah cuid rent it out at that price and make a wee profit fur mahsel!

How could rem labour dudes no build hoosis at that amount o money?
