Cafe overcooks plans

A BID to add a fast food section to a Midlothian cafe has been snubbed by the Scottish Government.
Le Tout P'ti wanted to add to its Penicuik premises but was denied by Midlothian Council.

Owners appealed to the Scottish Government in the hope of changing the decision, but were unsuccessful.
