<description><![CDATA[There are few poets who move my spirit as does Robert Burns. My family came to the new world in 1754 from the Isle of Jura, and have been a part of shaping this country's character from the very beginning. Still, my blood burns at the sound of the pipes, and I celebrate Burns Night as best I can. I long to visit the home of my forebears, and to travel to Dumfries to pay homage to the man I also claim as Bard. ]]></description>
