Connery got his K not for services to acting, which would have been a travesty, but, for services to charity, allegedly.
The fact that Napier, something, gave him an honorary doctorate is laughable.
Connery is not the 'greatest living Scot."
How many lives has Connery saved?

People who have served Scots in Scotland, like doctors, should be recognised, not self serving, expatriate, redundant, superannuated creatures like Salmond's pal, Connery.
How much has Connery given to Napier thing that they felt obliged to give him an honorary doctorate?

If anyone ever deserved an Honorary Award it must be Sean Connery.

Not only has he helped to put Scottish actors and film makers on the world stage he has given time, effort and money to help Scotland in every way possible.

University Principal Dame Joan Stringer agreed with those who felt that Sir Sean was the only candidate worthy of the title 'greatest living Scot'.

And how many would argue with that....Alex, hand down boy, that was a rhetorical question....patience Alex, your time will come.
