<description><![CDATA[<p>*1 Andrew, Scotland.</p><p>Seems this is the case. I was charged 1p over the odds for a stamp in a newsagents shop recently, and I have since discovered that this is common practice.<br />Anyway, I bought the stamp but purchased my newspaper elsewhere.</p>]]></description>
