<description><![CDATA[<p>What a cheek.<br />In the last 12 months we have had cases of 3 letters (cards) being opened and 3 never reaching their destination. This has only happened when we have sent something to the Nottinghamshire or Birmingham area.<br />You ring the PO and inform them and.....nothing. Not a lot they can do I suppose except employ good honest staff.</p><p>I sent a pot of Devon cream home to IoS. Then was told, after it did not arrive within the 2 days alloted, that there was a postal strike in Exeter. The pot arrived after 9 days....The wife was going to put it in the bin, but it ran over and jumped in by itself.<br />No refund as the goods were delivered and we did not have the proof that the goods were damaged. We should not have thrown them away we were told!</p>]]></description>
