New war on smoking

A FRESH drive to combat smoking in deprived areas will be launched today.
The anti-smoking campaign group Ash Scotland will launch an evaluation of pilot projects in Glasgow at an event attended by Shona Robison, the public health minister.

It's doubtful that most smokers wish to renounce their addiction, but thrown a lifeline, some might just be grateful for it.

It would appear that Petrol Man's derogatory remarks about ASH have been removed by the site administrator. Will he never learn to engage his brain in gear before coming out with his usual mindless, vituperative onslaughts? On reflection, probably not.
