Wallace named greatest Scot by gallery

WILLIAM Wallace was named the greatest Scot in a National Portrait Gallery poll yesterday, ahead of Robert Burns and Robert the Bruce.
Next came Donald Dewar, Alexander Fleming and John Logie Baird.
